High-precision deep pillar etching without peeling
Using the RIE-800iPB system, 450 μm deep pillars with a 30 μm square pattern were successfully formed, achieving a uniform profile from top to bottom without any film peeling. This process ensures excellent structural integrity, making it suitable for high-precision MEMS and microfluidic applications.
