Deposition of SiN on reversed mesa shape

This process demonstrates the deposition of SiN as a passivation film on reverse mesa structures using an anode-coupled plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system designed for large-area batch processing. The results highlight excellent step coverage, with uniform deposition conforming to the unique geometry of the mesa, ensuring reliable surface protection and high-quality passivation in complex device structures.
